Fasting + praying
BEFORE YOU BOOK:
Please fast at least one day prior to your session. If you can fast for 3 days prior to your session that would be even better!. I will be fasting with you. If you are fasting for one day only, please fast during these times: 6am-6pm. If you are fasting for 3 days, fast during these times: 6am-3pm for three days. Please no food during fasting, water is okay. No social media, tv or anything else that would distract you from God during your fast.
EVEN IF FASTING IS FOREIGN TO YOU PLEASE DON'T LET THAT DISCOURAGE YOU FROM BOOKING. IF YOU CAN'T OR DONT WANT TO FAST, GOD CAN STILL HELP YOU TOO❤️
Isaiah 58 tells us how to fast and what our heart posture should be like when we do fast! PRAY, BE IN THE WORD OF GOD, PRAISE GOD!
But this kind of demon does not go out except by fasting and prayer
